Case quantity pricing is available.

Time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies.

Our processing time on most items is 3-5 business days.

SHIPPING + RETURNS

Shipping processing time varies with most orders being shipped within 3-5 business days. Holiday shipping times could lead to delays and you will be notified in advance if we will not be able to meet our 3-5 day window for processing. Shipping rates are dependent upon the size and weight of the item being shipped. Orders over $35 are often eligible for free shipping (we do not ship spirits/liquor). If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our shop at info@briolaseretching.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before contacting the shipper or our shop.

We hope that you will never be disappointed with your purchase from Brio Design, however, if at anytime you are not completely satisfied, please notify us by email at info@briolaseretching.com so that we may have the opportunity to resolve your concerns.

Non-customized items must be returned in new, resell-able condition within seven days after you have received your product. We will refund the purchase price of your item. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
